And, if a child somehow survives the poisoning process the day before they were to be delivered, full term,-- after they are delivered accidentally alive they are to be neglected until they do finally expire.
Can someone explain this to me? Even more so can someone explain to me why the New York house filled of democrat leaders and legislators were cheering this legislation?
