The New Sherlock Holmes on Masterpiece Theatre: a must see. (update--finale!)

Wow. or should i say,   Ahhh...

 UPDATE: holy SMokes! the third episode (season two) is sadly the last for the season, but was top-notch.

Very very NICE! what a show. OK if one uses the counsel of Sherlock Holmes, then: (spoiler)

  Eliminate all other factors, and the one which remains must be the truth.

Now this is easy when there are only two alternatives. either Sherlock was dead, or he was alive. since i knew he was not dead, and must be alive, i began to try to figure it out. of course his statements about "look right here at me", etc. were one clue; his cohort may well have supplied a body (as he himself picked the building rooftop). 

i waited waited to see him at the funeral; they delayed his appearance just long enough to give a thrill when he finally comes into view.
