April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month-- Crimes of Violence: Resources at K-State Women's Center, Counseling Center, Lafene Health, and Office of Student LIfe

Crime, selfishness, manipulation and violence are not decreasing. If you know someone who has been hurt, who is in pain, who was wounded days, months, or even years ago and is still dealing with it, let them know that they can drop the baggage and begin to live the life they want to live. If you are a normal healthy person, you WILL be wounded by betrayal and violence. But, like a plant that is hurt early on, when treated well and given what it needs, the later fruit can be sweeter and richer than that from plants which have never been stresssed.

HERE are links to various places at K-State that can help.

Our Women's Center, where we help any KSU student who has been hurt by violence, is located in 206 Holton Hall, just by the library. Don't haul around heavy burdensome baggage. Get rid of it!
